We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving a combination of forklift operation, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating Raymond Reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Operate Raymond Reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers to move, stack, and organize flooring and tile products throughout the warehouse.

Complete product put-aways and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Load and unload trucks safely while verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

Handle and move heavy materials safely, including products weighing up to approximately 80 lbs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with a small team to achieve daily operational goals.
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift
✅ Valid Alberta Forklift Certification
✅ Warehouse material handling experience
✅ Experience with order picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse duties
✅ Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 80 lbs safely

You'll be working in a busy warehouse alongside a close-knit warehouse team of approximately four employees, with a total site staff of 30–40 people. This is a physically active role that requires regular forklift operation, material handling, and heavy lifting.
