Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and clean for food service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly
- Ensure all dishes are stored properly after cleaning to prevent damage or contamination
Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, food handling, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina
Pay: $15.65-$16.50 per hour
