Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable Focus)

We're partnering with a well-established logistics company that is looking to add an Accounting Assistant to their finance team.
If you enjoy working in Accounts Receivable, like keeping things organized, and want to join a stable company where your work makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Accounts Receivable processing
✔ Sending customer statements and following up on outstanding balances
✔ Bank reconciliations
✔ Cash applications and payment processing
✔ Providing backup support for Accounts Payable
We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Receivable experience
- ERP system experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
- Immediate availability
Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Logistics or freight forwarding industry experience
⭐ Experience with Excel Macros
