Tuesday to Saturday - with closing duties and will be required to lock up the store.
Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail with kitchen knowledge of food. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient store procedures to promote growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
We require someone that is reliable, dependable and able to work the days consistently.
You will be required to run the POS system, take orders and payments from customers as well as overseeing staff and store.
Restock coolers, freezers and shelves.
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
