Sales Dynamics, located at 111 Railside Road, Suite 200, North York, ON, M3A1B2, is seeking a permanent full-time Sales and Promotions Coordinator.
Salary - $37.50 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per week
Work must be completed at the physical location.
Requirements:
Language - English; Education - Bachelor's degree; Experience - 2+ years
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Develop communication strategies
· Evaluate communication strategies and programs
· Implement communication strategies and programs
· Oversee the preparation of public written material
· Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
· Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes
· Supervise professional and support staff and students
· Supervise staff
· Train staff
· Perform administrative tasks
· Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
· Answer written and oral inquiries
· Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
· Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
· Gather, research and prepare communications material
· Conduct analytical marketing studies
· Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends
· Develop portfolio of marketing materials
· Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects
· Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
· Develop marketing strategies
· Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place
· Maintain and manage digital database
· Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
· Supervise office and volunteer staff
· Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
· Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
· Ensure compliance with government regulations
· Schedule and confirm appointments
