Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and facility environments. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Disinfect surfaces regularly to uphold health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas
- Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Ensure all work areas are kept organized and free of hazards
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining consistent service quality
