Overview of the role:
Saputo is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing, for an existing 18 month contract opportunity within our organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for executing the marketing plan via various campaigns and strategic projects. The assistant marketing manager will act as a support for the marketing component of the strategic business development department.
Based from the Saint-Laurent Head Office, employees are eligible for remote work up to one (1) day per week, in accordance with the organization’s hybrid work guidelines.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Assist the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
Assist the marketing manager in executing multichannel campaigns ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Develop agency briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and consumer communications
Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the support of the required marketing collateral required to support the brand and the launch of new products
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs, and optimize campaigns accordingly
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Work closely with external partners on briefing, creating, reviewing and approving all aspects of our brand content
Review & approve advertising material, labels and packaging
Manage and provide recommendations on how to improve the web and social media presence of our brands
Prepare, coordinate and deliver different presentations
Perform other related duties as assigned
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
Degree in marketing or a combination of equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of 360 marketing experience (B2C)
CPG brand marketing experience is an asset
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Knowledge of web, social media, SEO\SEM
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential
Very good knowledge of the Office suite
High attention to detail, organizational skills and autonomy
Presentation skills
Be available to travel 3 to 4 times a year
Valid driver's license (an asset)

Salary: $68 630 - $90 080
