Glass Installer
Vancity Glass Ltd – Vancouver, BC
Vancity Glass Ltd is a rapidly growing glazing company based in Vancouver specializing in residential and commercial glass installation, sealed unit replacement, and service work across the Lower Mainland.
Due to a steady increase in projects and service calls, we are looking for an Mid Experienced/Apprentice glass installer who can run jobs with a crew and operate a company work vehicle.
We currently have consistent work coming in almost daily and are looking for a reliable, installer and help us keep up with demand as we continue to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants steady hours, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with growth into a Lead Installer / Foreman role.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace residential and commercial glass
- Sealed unit replacements (vinyl and aluminum frames)
- Install tempered and laminated glass
- Service calls and emergency glass repairs
- Take site measurements when required
- Safely transport glass and materials to job sites
- Drive a company work van to and from job sites
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with clients and building managers on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years glazing / glass installation experience
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Comfortable driving a company work vehicle / van
- Ability to run jobs with a crew
- Experience with sealed unit replacement and service work
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Physically capable of lifting and handling glass safely
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Experience
- Storefront systems
- Aluminum window systems
- Residential window replacements
- Service call experience
- Experience working on both residential and commercial sites

Monday – Friday
Hours will vary depending on workload, with consistent work available and opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.
Location
Vancouver, BC
Work throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (mobile role).
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
