Mancini Law LLP is an established boutique law firm in Vaughan focusing on real estate, estates, and corporate matters. We have a long-standing client base over many years, including a significant number of wills and corporate records.
We are seeking a senior law clerk to join our team who can independently manage and drive estate and corporate files from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and proactive, able to effectively manage client relationships, and ensure files move forward efficiently with minimal lawyer direction.
Duties
Estate Files
- Manage probate applications and estate administration files
- Prepare probate documents, affidavits, and reporting letters
- Communicate directly with executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and accountants
- Coordinate distributions and file completion
Corporate Files
- Maintain and update corporate minute books
- Prepare annual resolutions and routine corporate documentation
- Assist with share and asset transactions
- Coordinate execution of documents and close filed
File Management & Client Communication
- Maintain clear visibility of all assigned files and their status
- Identify next steps and move files forward without waiting for instructions
- Escalate issues with proposed solutions
- Act as primary point of contact for most client interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a law clerk in Ontario
- Strong experience in estates or corporate law (both preferred)
- Ability to determine what steps are required with minimal direction
- Exceptional organization and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
