247 Fulfillment is hiring a full-time Warehouse Order Picker to join our fulfillment team.
This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse position. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a warehouse management system and handheld barcode scanner.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a strong picking pace throughout the entire shift.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use a handheld barcode scanner and warehouse management system
- Locate products using assigned warehouse bin locations
- Verify SKUs, quantities, and product variations
- Move completed orders to the packing area
- Replenish picking locations when required
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or incorrect locations
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area
- Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements
- Assist with other warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse picking or fulfillment experience is preferred
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Able to repeatedly lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Must provide and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commute to Vaughan initially and Mississauga afterward
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be available during high-volume periods
Compensation
- $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Opportunity for additional responsibility based on performance
Location
The position will begin at our Vaughan warehouse and will transfer to our new Mississauga warehouse. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to both locations.
