Responsibilities
General Labourers on this job site will be responsible for performing a variety of general construction duties to support daily operations. This includes assisting with tarping and implementing winter protection measures, completing thorough site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment, and supporting carpenters with various tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions. Applicants are required to have their own reliable transportation to the site and must dress appropriately for the weather, wearing a minimum of jeans or work pants and a t-shirt. Mandatory PPE includes CSA-approved steel-toed boots, a CSA-approved hard hat (non-white), a reflective safety vest, and safety glasses. Workers must follow proper lifting techniques, remain aware of their surroundings at all times, and adhere to all site safety protocols.
