Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty through expert skincare treatments and personalized services. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing a range of skincare services, including eyelash extensions, facials, and other aesthetic treatments, while also engaging in retail sales and customer service to ensure a memorable client experience.
Duties
- Perform professional skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product purchases
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and aftercare instructions for optimal results
- Manage appointment flow efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with valid licensure
- Skilled in eyelash extensions application, facial treatments, and other esthetic procedures
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients
- Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
