Meadow Minds Therapy is a family-run multidisciplinary pediatric clinic located in Abbotsford, BC. We’re known for our warm, family-style environment, strong community reputation, and commitment to providing high-quality, play-based therapy.
Our growing team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Behaviour Consultants working together to support children and families in a collaborative and welcoming setting.
We’re currently seeking a Contract Occupational Therapist who is passionate about pediatric care and wants to work in an environment that values flexibility, respect, and genuine teamwork.

What You’ll Do
- Provide assessments and treatment for children with sensory, motor, regulation, and feeding needs
- Develop and deliver individualized, play-based therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other team members
- Maintain organized notes and reports within JaneApp
Who You Are
- Registered or eligible for registration with COTBC
- Passionate about pediatric, play-based therapy
- Collaborative, flexible, and client-focused
- Experience in sensory integration or feeding therapy is an asset
- Open to contractual work and flexible hours
Compensation
- $100–$110/hour, 60% to 65% of billable amount
- Percentage-based contractor pay model
- Flexible schedule — Full-Time or Part-Time contracts available
