Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assist in cooking hotpot dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food preparation stations and storage spaces
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling hotpot components
- Support food service operations during busy hours by managing orders efficiently and communicating effectively with team members
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs promptly
Experience
- Working knowledge working in commercial kitchen and knife; Experience as a kitchen staff or sous-chef required;
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, especially related to hotpot or Asian cuisine;
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting demonstrates strong multitasking skills and adaptability
- Passionate in food and beverage; Team collaborations skills

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
