Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Plow Truck Operators to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is a key role requiring reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who can operate plow trucks and heavy equipment in harsh winter conditions to maintain clear, accessible residential driveways.
This is not a casual or part-time job, you must be prepared to be on-call and ready to work for every snow event, including overnight and on short notice. In return, we offer top pay, standby compensation, and a chance to work with a reliable, professional crew.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Operate pick-up trucks with V-plows and heavy equipment
✔ Complete assigned routes efficiently, thoroughly, and within set timeframes
✔ Continuously monitor changing weather and road conditions, adjusting operations as needed
✔ Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on all equipment to ensure readiness
✔ Report any equipment issues or breakdowns immediately to minimize downtime
✔ Communicate regularly with dispatch and supervisors throughout snow events to coordinate operations and resolve issues
✔ Represent MJ Landscapers professionally while on-site, respect for client property and attention to detail is a must

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
✔ Valid G-Class Driver’s License (required)
✔ Proven experience operating plow trucks and/or heavy equipment for snow removal
✔ Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform pre-shift equipment inspections
✔ Physically capable of working long hours, including overnight and in harsh winter conditions
✔ Mandatory on-call availability for all snow events — no exceptions
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions
✔ Professional, team-oriented attitude with respect for co-workers and clients
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $25.00–$40.00 (based on experience)
