Balcony Cleaning Technician / Crew Lead

BalcoScrub is Vancouver’s specialized balcony deep cleaning company. We work with condo owners, Stratas, realtors, and property managers to restore balconies affected by dirt, algae, mold, pigeon waste, and years of buildup.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented technician who wants more than just an hourly job. This is an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company and earn performance-based income through upsells, referrals, and production bonuses.

Compensation Structure:
-Guaranteed Base Pay of $60k + performance incentives. We estimate if your schedule is open and you work to maximize the payout, you can earn closer to $70-80K.
-The performance incentive is 10% of the revenue your jobs that you work solo.
-$10 bonus for delivering excellent service that results in a Google review mentioning your name.
-Callback issues must be rectified by the worker at their own time, as soon as possible. Callback issue may results in suspension of performance incentives.

-Responsibilities
-Deep cleaning condo balconies and patios
-Scrubbing floors, walls, drains, railings, and corners
-Disinfecting balcony surfaces
-Removing dirt, algae, mold, and debris buildup
-Safely operating pressure washing and cleaning equipment
-Transporting equipment through condo buildings professionally
-Providing excellent customer service
-Identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate
-Maintaining clean and organized equipment and vehicles
-Taking before-and-after photos/videos when required
Requirements:
-Must have a wide availability for bookings. Preferably 7 days a week but you would only work 2-4 hrs a day, not counting communiting.
-High English proficiency
-Must have valid status to work in Canada (this will be verified)
-Must carry personal liability insurance (We would cover the cost for 1 year)
-A valid criminal record check is required prior to onboarding
-Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment regularly
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Strong attention to detail
-Professional appearance and attitude
-Punctual and dependable
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid Class 5 driver’s license
-Customer service or sales experience is an asset
-Cleaning, detailing, pressure washing, construction, or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
