Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, especially in technology sales
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and attractive
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Follow phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising tasks
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
