Program Manager/ Director with Financial domain exp.
Montreal (Hybrid job- 2 days/ week onsite)
Duration: 12+ months contract.
Note: French speaking required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as project manager and program management
- Experience managing vendors under fixed-price contracts
- Experience in the financial or banking sector
- Experience working on long-term initiatives within large organizations
- Experience with strategically complex programs valued at over $50M annually
- Experience in high-velocity environments with significant organizational interdependencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational ability
- Intermediate-level English proficiencyAssets
- PMP, ACP, and SAFe certifications
Pay: $72.24-$95.39 per hour
