We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and inspire our amazing team at our location at 2403 Main St.
Job Description:
As Store Manager you will be responsible for setting a high standard for customer service as well as creating a welcoming space for both customers and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly from staffing to stock organization. Previous management and retail experience is essential and merchandising experience is a plus
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to delegate and coordinate with your team and other Managers
- Excellent abilities in multi-tasking and priority management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Interest in both new and vintage clothing
- Enjoy working with people
Example of some expected duties:
- Lead by example in terms of work ethic and attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
- Establish staff schedules
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
- Sell merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise
- Receive, Organize and maintain inventory
- Visual merchandising
