Join a Large and Established BC Counselling Practice
OK Clinical Therapy Group is one of the largest counselling group practices in British Columbia, established in 2013. With 10 locations across the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, and Kootenays, our team includes 80+ registered therapists providing counselling services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children across the province.
We are currently seeking a Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW) to join our collaborative team working in person out of our Vernon office. This is not a remote position. Clinicians are required to provide a minimum of 10 in-person client sessions per week.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established clinic and referral network.

· Full Administrative Support – Our team manages reception, scheduling, invoicing, credentialing, marketing, and clinic operations so you can focus on clinical work.
· Clinical Support and Consultation – Access individual and group clinical consultation and collaborate with experienced clinicians across our locations.
· Professional Development – Access regular group peer clinical consultation, professional development sessions (3–4 per month), and team socials in the Okanagan region.
· Practice Tools Provided – Jane App booking system, administrative support, and clinic resources to support your practice.
Qualifications
- Registered with BCCSW
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) only
- Eligible for or currently registered with FNHA (First Nations Health Authority)
- Eligible for or currently registered with Medavie Blue Cross
- Master’s degree in social work, or related field
- Ability to provide 10+ clinical hours per week
- Strong ethical boundaries and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients
