We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle intake to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage vehicle intake
- Communicate repairs and recommendations clearly to clients
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Follow up with customers on repair status and completed work
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems
- Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Electric vehicle knowledge is a strong bonus
- Tesla knowledge is an asset
