Responsibilities:
- Polish and finish granite/quartz/porcelain countertops according to specifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools to perform polishing tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Duties includes
- Polishing stone using air tools
- Grinding
- Cut Undermount sink/Cooktop cutout if necessary
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Knowledge of granite/quartz fabricating/polishing processes and previous 3 year work
experience is a MUST.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in polishing, fabrication, or machining preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
