Position Summary
Fairwinds Golf Club is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Outside Service Attendant for the summer 2026 golf season. This seasonal part-time role supports daily outside service operations, including management of the power cart fleet, driving range maintenance, and ensuring outdoor service areas are clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
This position requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently while supporting the golf operations team in delivering a high level of service to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the power cart fleet, including daily staging, organization, and washing
- Ensure carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for member and guest use
- Collect and maintain driving range balls on a regular schedule
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the driving range facility
- Assist with set-up and organization of carts for tournaments and events
- Support general outdoor maintenance and operational tasks around the golf facility
- Ensure staging areas, bag drop, and practice facilities remain clean and organized
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests when assisting with golf carts or bags
Required Qualifications
- Previous golf course outside service or similar outdoor work experience preferred
- Knowledge of the game of golf considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, and operating equipment
Schedule Requirements
- Part-time position
- Sundays and Mondays
- Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
- Seasonal employment from June 24, 2026, through September 21, 2026
- Availability to work occasional holidays as required
