The Opportunity
An industry leading Toronto team, specializing in office leasing, is actively seeking a proactive and resourceful leader to provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of properties. You will manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, rent commencements, rent increases, lease renewals, and lease options. Reviews and abstracts leases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to independently manage and execute commercial real estate transactions from initial strategy and market evaluation through negotiation, documentation, execution, and occupancy.
Provides transactional financial and scenario analysis support to the senior agent, including cash flow analysis, NERs and scenario analysis.
Prepares and edits offers, RFPs, letters of intent, waivers, amendments and proposals with review by a senior agent.
Comfortable navigating MLS listings and postings.
Concurrently provides support to the team, may act as a landlord/seller agent or tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiates the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products, including land, office, retail and industrial. Predominantly office related.
Prepares market surveys, books tours, and attends tours with clients.
Supports and engages in business development initiatives through prospective client proposal presentations, pitch materials, market insights, and client relationship management.
Monitors critical lease dates. Prepares documentation for lease renewals, expansions, terminations, and other contractual obligations across client portfolios within the prescribed timeline.
Locates new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline and assists senior agents with negotiations.
Closely tracks and reports all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares commission forecasts, vouchers, and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.
Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, availability trends, comparable transactions, and competitive leasing activity.
Supports portfolio-level reporting.
Adheres to all provincial real estate agency requirements.
Ensures compliance with CBRE's corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.

Qualifications
Registered with RECO
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required.
Minimum Five years related commercial real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience and/or training
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles is required.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $100,000-$114,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
