The Role
We are currently looking for a motivated General Labourer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to build a long-term career in residential construction. You'll work alongside our Lead Carpenter and Site Supervisor, assisting with a variety of construction tasks while learning the trade through real project experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with daily construction activities
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Assist with demolition, framing, material handling, and general site preparation
- Support trade partners as required to keep projects moving efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
- Help with deliveries, site cleanup, and other day-to-day construction tasks
- Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and trade partners
What We're Looking For

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying building materials
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to follow direction while taking initiative when appropriate
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset, but not a requirement
- Reliable transportation (transit ok) to jobsites throughout Toronto's west end is required
Working Conditions
- Work in both occupied and vacant residential homes
- Frequent standing, lifting, kneeling, bending, and carrying materials
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and respectful work environment
