We're looking for a Design & Project Assistant to become an integral part of our creative team.
Working closely with our Owners, Senior Designers and Office & Purchasing Manager, you'll help transform ideas into beautifully executed spaces while ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule and delivered to the highest standard.

Your Role
· Assist our designers with residential and commercial interior design projects.
· Support the research and sourcing of furniture, lighting, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, wallpaper, fabrics and finishes.
· Prepare client presentations, specifications and project documentation.
· Coordinate product pricing, quotations, purchasing and order tracking.
· Communicate with clients, vendors, manufacturers and trades throughout each project.
· Assist with site visits, measurements and furniture installations.
· Inspect incoming products and coordinate warranty or damage claims when required.
· Maintain accurate project information and timelines.
· Help keep our showroom organized, inspiring and presentation-ready.
· Deliver an exceptional client experience in every interaction.

About You
You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for interior design.
You are someone who:
· Has a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (or is graduating soon).
· Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
· Loves beautiful interiors and thoughtfully designed spaces.
· Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.
· Communicates confidently and professionally.
· Can balance multiple projects and deadlines.
· Takes initiative and enjoys working independently.
· Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
· Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software.
· Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or rendering software is considered an asset.
