Server / Bartender / Beer Tub Attendant Diamonds Gentlemen's Club – Fort McMurray, AB
Diamonds Gentlemen's Club is looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable team members to join our front of house staff. We are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Beer Tub Attendants for evening and late-night shifts.
Whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to get started in the industry, we are willing to train the right candidates who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Position Details
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- 3–5 shifts per week
- Evening and late-night hours
- Competitive wages plus tips
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
- Process cover charges and customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Monitor guest safety and promote responsible alcohol service
- Ensure compliance with AGLC regulations and company policies
- Contribute to a fun, professional, and welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience is an asset but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
- ProServe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
