We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Burlington, ON warehouse and support our fleet of service vehicles. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities range from shipping and receiving to inventory control, as well as hands-on management of our vehicle fleet.
This role suits someone who is comfortable both behind a desk coordinating logistics and out on the warehouse floor operating equipment or moving trucks and trailers. You'll be a key link between our field technicians, suppliers, and office team, making sure parts, tools, and vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and cycle counts within the warehouse
Operate a forklift and reach truck to load, unload, and organize stock and equipment
Safely and comfortably drive and maneuver cube trucks and trailers as needed for deliveries, pickups, and vehicle repositioning
Manage the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling, registration/insurance tracking, and coordinating repairs
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and fleet activity using digital tools
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all health and safety regulations
Coordinating and managing building maintenance, small fixes done by you, larger to call in trades
Garbage collection and removal (empty garbage)
Cleaning oversight, towels, dispensers, ordering supplies
Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure parts and equipment availability aligns with field service demands
Identify and help resolve inefficiencies in warehouse and fleet processes
Valid forklift certification (required)
Valid reach truck certification (required)
Comfortable and experienced driving cube trucks and trailers (required)
Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clean driving record (required)
Previous experience in warehouse management, shipping/receiving, or logistics
Experience with fleet management is a strong asset. This includes scheduling maintenance and tracking registrations/insurance and coordinating repairs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using digital inventory and record-keeping tools
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and manage the physical demands of warehouse work
Clear, professional communication and leadership skills
Legally authorized to work in Canada (IGC does not sponsor work permits, visas, or immigration processes)
Clean criminal record (required)
