Growing construction company seeking qualified mechanic for preventative maintenance and repair of fleet. We have a professional shop in our family run business. We require a self starter. We are seeking a skilled person who can do good diagnostics and efficient repairs.
Heavy Trucks, Skidsteers, Loaders, Excavators, Trailers, Pick up Trucks, Rollers, Paving equipment, small engine - Approx 110 pieces
Heavy equipment is primarily John Deere Group with some other brands on smaller scale
Heavy trucks - Kenworth, International
Light trucks - GM
This is primarily an in shop position. Reporting to our shop foreman. Occasionally field servicing would be required to assist field technician on job sites.
The successful candidate should possess a red seal in heavy mechanic or diesel mechanic. We are working towards certifying our shop to have in house safeties.
This job is 50-60 hours per week in busy season. Candidate should be prepared to occasionally work either early or late to accommodate some repairs before or after shifts.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
