We are seeking an experienced BST1-licensed security officer to monitor a small strip mall in the Guilford area. The position requires working onsite from 10:55 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
A vehicle is required. The successful candidate must complete hourly check-ins and submit a nightly report. Duties include patrolling the front lot and back alley on foot every 30 minutes in all weather conditions, and asking unauthorized vehicles and occupants to leave the property after business hours.
Strong spoken and written English skills are required. This position is well suited for a retired individual seeking part-time work.
