Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality control
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize coverage during peak times and special events
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial practices, and hotel standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning services, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with supervisory responsibilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and guests
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
