Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and direct support to clients or patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properlySkills
