Our Client, takes pride in supplying new and used field, harvesting, and processing equipment for crop growers in the Exeter, Ontario area.
They are a well-established, locally-owned dealer with 30+ years of market leadership, representing premier brands including AGCO tractors, combines, and planters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage assigned sales territory, acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
- Provide consultative, technical sales solutions for agricultural equipment
- Build long-term customer partnerships through exceptional service
- Stay current on industry innovations through vendor meetings and specialized training
- Generate quotes, process orders, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Requirements:
- 3+ years of consultative sales experience
- 2+ years in agricultural sales or customer service
- Agricultural equipment experience (AGCO products preferred)
- Strong understanding of farming operations and modern equipment
- Post-secondary education in agriculture or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
