Job duties:
We are looking for a reliable individual to perform garage power washing at residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating pressure washing equipment to clean underground parking garages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform power washing of underground parking garages and parking lots
- Clean parking spaces, driving lanes, walls, and corners
- Remove dirt, oil stains, debris, and salt buildup
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous power washing or cleaning experience is an asset
For landscaping, maintain lawns, gardens, athletic fields, golf courses, cemeteries, parks, interior plantscapes and other landscaped areas
Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls
Provide snow removal services during winter months
Ravel as part of a team to various job sites across the GTA.
Attend to routine maintenance of commercial and residential properties.
Operate basic landscaping machinery and equipment such as: mowers, trimmers and hand tools
Mow grass, trim shrubs and/or small trees and lay mulch.
Plant flowers and shrubbery as per client's request.
Build landscapes, flower beds, etc. following customer guidelines
Perform various tasks such as salting, garbage removal etc.
Terms of employment: This is a permanent position,40 hours of work per week

Skills requirements (includes education and work experience)
Education: Secondary education
Experience – Minimum 2 years
Experience requirements:
Experienced in Gardening, basic Horticulture and Snow Removal
Experienced in aspects of lawn maintenance, weed control and transplanting
Able to perform mowing, weeding edging, pruning, annual, perennial and tree planting
Skilled with most small landscape machine work (lawn mower, Line trimmer, Back Pack Blower)
Basic knowledge of Plant and shrub identification
Experienced in navigating and operating a snow plow and/or snow blower
Shows initiative, accountability and has an overall positive attitude
Valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and experience driving in the city
Must work well as part of a team
