Heat-Air Mechanical is a well-established, progressive company that has created a niche for itself in the Hi-Rise Condominium and Light Commercial Market. We have been in business for over 45 years and are still growing. We provide service and installation services to a vast array of clients in the GTA and surrounding areas. We are currently looking to fill a Outside Sales Representative Manager position.
Position Overview
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative focused on growing our service and maintenance HVAC and Plumbing service company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with customers, and building long-term relationships. The primary focus is on identifying service opportunities, securing maintenance agreements, and supporting ongoing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with existing customers to grow service revenue
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for:
- Preventative maintenance programs
- PRV and Mixing valve service agreements
- Repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment condition and customer needs
- Generate and follow up on service quotes and proposals
- Work closely with service and operations teams to coordinate execution
- Maintain an active pipeline of service opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in outside sales or account management, ideally in:
- Plumbing, Flushing
- HVAC / mechanical service
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts (upselling service work)
- Good technical aptitude; comfortable discussing mechanical systems
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Greater Toronto Area.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling service contracts or maintenance agreements
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems at Condominium Industry
- Background in mechanical and plumbing trades
- Experience working with service teams or coordinating field work
