Northstar BD Enterprise is expanding its residential outreach team across Newfoundland & Labrador and is currently hiring full-time Sales Representatives. We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working in dynamic environments, and building strong communication skills through face-to-face customer interactions.
This is a full-time role designed for individuals who want to grow long-term. Ongoing hands-on development is provided, and no prior experience in sales or telecommunications is required. We focus on developing skills, confidence, and long-term career potential from day one.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will represent residential service solutions in local communities through direct outreach and customer interaction:
- Engage with residential customers through door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
- Clearly present and explain available home service solutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify customer needs through active listening and simple needs-based conversations
- Recommend suitable service packages based on household requirements and preferences
- Assist customers through enrollment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity, conversations, and completed sales
- Participate in daily team meetings, product update sessions, and ongoing skill development workshops
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong community presence
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing environment.
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
