Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative (Bingo Floor & POS)
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and friendly individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Floor & POS).
Located at 255 Elgin Street North, our modern facility offers traditional bingo alongside over 125 electronic cabinet games. If you thrive in a bustling, high-energy environment and enjoy creating a fun experience for guests, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
- Point of Sale Operations: Greet incoming guests and process buy-ins, electronic Gecko packs, paper cards, and rentals using our digital touchscreen POS registers.
- Floor Sales & Payouts: Walk our active gaming floor to proactively sell bingo cards and specials.
- Win Verification: Act quickly when a player yells "Bingo!" By calling back numbers clearly or through our WPOS (Wireless Point of Sale) and processing prompt cash payouts.
- Customer Support: Help players navigate electronic gaming machines, explain jackpot rules, and answer pricing or game structure questions.
- Cash Balancing: Responsibly manage an individual cash float, count change accurately under fast-paced conditions, and balance receipts at shift-end.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years in retail cash handling, hospitality, or a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Licensing Requirements: Must be 18+ and capable of obtaining a valid Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) License to comply with provincial regulatory standards.
- Skills: Comfort utilizing digital touchscreens, working knowledge of computers, strong foundational math capabilities, and excellent verbal communication.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort standing and walking across a large gaming floor for standard 4-hour shifts.
- Availability: Flexibility to work late afternoons, evenings, and weekends to align with our peak jackpot programs (our daily hours are 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM).
