Why Join Our Team as a Pediatric Personal Support Worker?
If you enjoy building meaningful connections while supporting pediatric clients in camp environments, this position may be a great fit for you.
We are looking for individuals who go above and beyond and strive to exceed expectations, not just meet them. In this role, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for yourself, the client, and the client’s family, fostering peace, comfort, and balance in the home environment. You value the care you provide and are committed to continuously enhancing the experience for your clients and their families.
As a Personal Support Worker with WeeCare, you will do more than deliver care according to a care plan. You will provide reassurance, comfort, and consistency, becoming a trusted and valued extension of the client and family.
