Outreach Coordinator

Position Overview:
As Outreach Coodinator at Extra Ed, you will play a vital role in the functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of existing and prospective Company clients and arranging diverse programming at their sites.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate programs with existing Company clients.
- Workwith Sales team to prioritize and do outreach to prospective clients.
- Work with the Admin team to set up and prepare new programs for registration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in education for school-age students or a related field is preferred.
- Vehicle or independent form of travel is preferred for in-person client visits.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for education, empowerment, and making a positive impact on the lives of young minds.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
