We are looking to fill a full-time role in our busy Whistler office. The Office Administrator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support to the Fire Division across the Sea to Sky.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle client requests and issues, and respond accordingly via email and phone
- Review, organize and schedule technician work-orders and time-records
- Assess all alarm activity reports and initiate appropriate action in a timely manner
- Monitor or troubleshoot any issues and generate service calls
- Create new resident and commercial accounts
- Assist with client invoicing
- Maintain numerous information filing systems and internal databases
- Various projects as needed by management
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous experience within an administrative role
- Established knowledge of the construction and building industry is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word & outlook)

- Aptitude to learn new systems and technology quickly
- A levelheaded attitude when handling stressful or unexpected situations
- Aptitude to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in handling sensitive information
This is a year-round full-time role, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
