About Blue Frog Home Services Ltd.
Blue Frog Home Services Ltd. is a Christian-owned home services company serving Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and surrounding communities. We provide residential and commercial property services, including landscaping, snow removal, irrigation, fencing, decking, plumbing repairs, cleaning, and property maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Complete spring and fall cleanups
- Perform weed control and garden maintenance
- Install mulch, soil, rock, and sod
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Perform pond and garden maintenance
- Complete irrigation installation and repairs
- Haul materials and complete dump runs as required
- Load and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Take before and after photos of completed work
- Complete company job checklists and sign-off sheets
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
- Assist with residential and commercial snow removal during the winter season
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable truck suitable for transporting tools and materials
- Landscaping equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Available Monday through Friday
- Ability to occasionally work early mornings during snow events
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
Contractor Requirements
Successful applicants must provide:
- Valid WCB coverage
- Commercial General Liability Insurance
Compensation
- $30.00 per hour
- Flexible schedule based on seasonal workload
