Pay: From $19.45/hour + guaranteed commission & bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll review online loan applications, assess financial risk, and analyze customer bank statements. You’ll work closely with our customer service team to support accurate and timely lending decisions while maintaining high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Verify applicant documentation (income, transaction history)
- Assess risk and support informed lending decisions
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite approvals
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry
Qualifications (Must to have)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable attendance and ability to commute daily
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Good understanding of analytics to support informed decision-making
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication in English
Preferred Skills (Good to have)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or administrative roles
- Experience with office software and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Shift Options (Choose One)
Monday–Friday
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (free parking included)
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
