Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Office Clerk to support our administrative team. This role involves handling various clerical tasks, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with office software, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Organize and file documents both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic financial record keeping
- Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Experience
- Prior office experience is preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed, proofreading ability, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
