OS Property Services is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Plumber to join our team in a temporary casual, full-time or part-time capacity. This role is vital for ensuring the integrity and reliability of plumbing systems across multiple sites, focusing on both new installations and retrofitted systems to guarantee safe, uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Journeyperson directly related to building system operation and maintenance.
- Certification: Must possess a valid Red Seal certification in British Columbia.
- Driver's License: A valid BC driver’s license is required as the role involves traveling between various sites.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layouts for pipes and drainage systems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative (PM), corrective (CM), and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Installation: Install fixtures (sinks, toilets, lab equipment) and various supply/drainage piping including copper, plastic, iron, and specialty materials like glass.
- System Support: Install and maintain piping for heating and air-conditioning systems, including boilers, heat pumps, and AHU coils.
- Testing: Complete annual testing, certifying, and reporting for all cross-connection devices.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee apprentices/helpers and collaborate with sub-contractors or other trades on complex projects.
- Administrative: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and record work effort.
- Emergency Response: Must be available to attend after-hours plumbing emergencies.
Work Environment & Safety
- Safety First: Comply with all Health & Safety policies and applicable plumbing/building codes.
- Versatility: Assist with occasional equipment moving and seasonal snow/ice removal in priority areas.
- Professionalism: Coordinate with Site Supervisors and other resources to complete projects efficiently with minimal impact on operations.
Pay: $45.00-$48.00 per hour
