Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Tajima commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered apparel and promotional products.

Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima multi-needle embroidery machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up embroidery jobs by loading designs, selecting thread colors, and hooping garments.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues, including thread breaks and needle changes.
- Inspect finished products to ensure embroidery meets quality standards.
- Trim threads and prepare completed items for packaging.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines is required.
- Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
