Job Title: Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure resiliency, automation, and operational reliability across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and support infrastructure reliability solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, government platforms, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
- Build resilient infrastructure supporting telecom network operations, 5G services, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and infrastructure automation solutions.
- Support disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity initiatives.
- Conduct capacity planning, resiliency testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, cloud, and security teams.
- Implement self-healing and operational automation capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, network operations, or telecom infrastructure platforms.
- Strong infrastructure operations and reliability engineering experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with disaster recovery and resiliency planning.
- SRE, Cloud, or DevOps certification preferred.
