The Franchise Business Coach helps franchisees build profitable, brand-aligned businesses they enjoy operating.
This role exists to develop stronger operators, improve business performance, and help franchisees move successfully through the Foxy Box growth cohorts as they mature and reach their full potential.
Success in this role means helping more franchisees become profitable, supporting franchisees as they progress, identifying struggling stores early to enable meaningful improvement, and developing franchisees into confident business owners who can make sound decisions independently.
The Franchise Business Coach achieves this through a combination of coaching, accountability, business analysis, field support, and relationship building.

Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience coaching, consulting, operations, business development, or multi-unit management.
- Experirence using KPIs and financial data to drive business performance.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including revenue, profitability, labour, and operational metrics.
- Proven ability to build relationships while holding others accountable.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
Preferred Experience
- Franchise industry experience.
- Multi-location retail, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or service-based business experience.
- Experience conducting audits, site visits, or operational reviews.
- Experience coaching business owners, managers, or operators.
- Experience supporting underperforming locations through recovery plans.
- High degree of tech-savviness.
Work Environment & Travel
- This is a remote position.
- Regular travel is required for site visits, franchisee support, training, conferences, and company events.
- Preferred location: Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary.
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel within Canada are considered assets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
