POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The clinic receptionist will be the initial encounter patients will have with the clinic. We are looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to greet clients and guide them throughout their visit. Experience in customer service and marketing and knowledge about health and wellness is recommended to brand the different types of services offered to clientele.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience and build a career in the healthcare rehab field.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Greeting clients, guiding them throughout their visit, checking clients in and out of appointments
- Dealing with direct inquiries over the phone and via email, corresponding with insurance providers
- Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling to ensure maximal clinic productivity
- Obtaining patient data, processing payments
- Ensuring patient forms are completed and kept up to date
- Opening and closing procedures
- Following up with patients with updated exercises
- Maintaining cleanliness of clinic and reception
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Collaborate with team on marketing strategies on social media
- Maintaining a positive attitude and relationship with clientele to ensure optimal client experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working in an administrative/clinical setting, minimum 1 year
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member
- Great organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
