Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Renovation Worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of renovation and construction, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, operate power and heavy equipment, and perform a wide range of tasks including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new installations, contributing to high-quality renovation and construction efforts.
Duties
- Perform general demolition and site preparation.
- Assist with framing, drywall installation and repairs.
- Install flooring, trim, baseboards, doors, and windows.
- Complete painting, caulking, and finishing work.
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Follow project schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients when required.
Skills
- Previous renovation or construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of common construction tools and materials.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
