Pine Valley Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated construction professional to lead the delivery of municipal landscape construction and public infrastructure projects throughout Southern Ontario.

As a pre-qualified contractor for numerous municipalities and government agencies throughout Southern Ontario, Pine Valley has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from local community improvements to multi-million-dollar developments.
Position Overview – Key Responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects individually and as a team, all simultaneously.
· Develop and manage all aspects of project from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
· Prepare project schedules and ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards and contractual legal requirements.
· Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project including monitoring of subcontractors.
· Communicate with clients throughout the project life cycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
· Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations to clients, consultants and Pine Valley senior management
· Monthly progress draws for billing
· Attend weekly/monthly (as required) site meetings
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Resolve technical and operational issues as required
Qualifications & Experience
- The successful candidate will posse Excellent project management skills including prioritization, time management, problem solving skills, scheduling, and documentation.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.
- Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
- Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Willingly mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
